Another taken “from the archives”

Step out into the sunshine, give it a try, Step out into the sunshine, Just do it and you’ll see why,


Look, there’s no clouds, no rain, No  thunder, no snow, Today there’s just the rays, And the blue clear sky,


So step out into the sunshine, And I’m talking about your inner soul, Cause there’s still a chance, To make something of your life, If you start again, And take that first step

So step out into the sunshine, It could be today, Just give it a try.

This is one of two poems I wrote on 12th June 2018. I was still devloping, and this theme of stepping out into the sunshine represented something a bit more than hoping things would get better for me.  I was really talking to myself. I still had only written a handful of poems (about 10) by this

time, so it has that more rough around the edges feel to it than what I may write now. I have left it here untouched and unedited. I  began writing my first novel around this time as well.
