Another store closing, A story we know so well, For they keep dissapering, Swallowed up in this virtual age we now dwell,
I’ve said it before and probably will again, As more of them close, And we don’t know where it will end,
So what can I say I haven’t before, Just before for the last time they close their doors,
It may sound silly, But it really is not, For when I’ve been let down by people who’ve hurt me so, Or feel sad because I’ve not made it as far in the world as I wish I could go, This shop was a place to comfort my soul,
I could look around and just feel in a better place, Even when I ended up spending money I should have really saved,
A coffee and cake on floor three, A simple treat that did it for me,
I’m sure once they close they’ll be other things I can do, But I know I’ll always wish I could come back here ‘just one more time’ too
